
The opposition ANO Party would win the upcoming parliamentary elections with 30.9% of the vote, according to the latest STEM poll for CNN Prima News — down one percentage point from last week. The governing Together (Spolu) coalition also saw a slight dip to 20.5%. In contrast, support grew for the opposition Freedom and Direct Democracy Party, now polling at 13.9%, and for the Mayors and Independents (STAN), who rose to 12.3% — one of their best results in recent times. Elections are scheduled for October 3 and 4. STEM analysts say the so-called bitcoin scandal may have a lingering impact on voter preferences.
