Pliezhausen, 17.12.2025, The Management Board of DATAGROUP SE (WKN: A0JC8S and ISIN: DE000A0JC8S7) resolved to propose to the 2026 Annual General Meeting that a dividend of EUR 0.04 per dividend-bearing share be distributed from the parent company’s retained earnings for the 2024/2025 fiscal year in the amount of EUR 109,208,011.22. The remaining amount is to be carried forward to new account.
The proposal is in line with the realignment of the dividend policy announced in the joint statement by the Management Board and the Supervisory Board on the public takeover bid by Dante Beteiligungen SE; According to this policy, profits are to be reinvested as a priority in order to strengthen financial flexibility for investments in future fields (including AI, cyber security, and cloud) and the scaling of the CORBOX business.
The Management Board’s proposal is subject to the approval of the Supervisory Board and the resolution of the 2026 Annual General Meeting.
