
Cybernetix Ventures, a Boston, MA-based vc firm focused on robotics, automation, and industrial AI startups, is raising up to $100m for its second fund.
According to a regulatory form filed with the S.E.C., Cybernetix Ventures Fund II, L.P., has not raised funds, yet.
The document lists Fady Saad and Mark Martin as people related to the raise.

The firm connects its portfolio to national and global robotics ecosystems, bringing expertise to companies working in large, essential sectors – manufacturing, logistics, construction, healthcare, climate and agriculture. The firm’s portfolio includes companies across North America and Europe.
Cybernetix Ventures also operates Robotics Invest, an annual summit where top founders, investors, and business leaders in robotics come together to build the next wave of robotics unicorns.
