Digital-asset exchange operator Bullish, which also owns the crypto news outlet CoinDesk, has filed to raise as much as $629.3 million in a US initial public offering. The company plans to offer about 20.3 million shares at an indicative price range of $28 to $31 each, according to a regulatory filing cited on Monday.
The share sale would give Bullish a valuation of up to $4.2 billion. The listing is backed by prominent investors including Peter Thiel, underscoring ongoing appetite for crypto-focused companies despite market volatility.
