CLARK COUNTY, Ohio (WKEF) — The Clark County Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a crash at I-70 eastbound and State Route 4.
A dispatcher from the Clark County Post of OSHP told Dayton 24/7 Now’s Lydia Bice that crews were working to clear the scene as fast as they can, to get traffic moving again.
The 911 call came in at 6:30 a.m.
