These two giants dominate the digital asset space with unmatched institutional adoption, proven track records, and robust ecosystems. For many, BTC is the gold standard for store-of-value, while ETH drives innovation through smart contracts, DeFi, and NFTs.
Despite their dominance, however, both face challenges. Bitcoin’s scalability and environmental concerns have long been points of debate, while Ethereum’s network, even with upgrades, still contends with high gas fees during peak activity.
