(Alliance News) – Ferrari NV and Conio on Monday announced an agreement on a groundbreaking initiative that, for the first time, leverages blockchain technology to enhance the exclusive experience of clients participating in the prestigious Cavallino Rampante Hyperclub program, opening new avenues for digital ownership and tokenization.
The project, launched in March 2025, will come into full swing with the start of the 2027 World Endurance Championship season, thanks to the integration of a sophisticated digital infrastructure into the services already offered by Ferrari to its clients.
At the heart of the initiative lies a digital token that grants the exclusive right to participate in a private digital auction for the purchase of the iconic Ferrari 499P, a model that has achieved three consecutive victories at the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
A key element of this innovation is the digital wallet developed by Conio, which will be integrated directly into the MyFerrari app. Built on Conio’s proprietary technological infrastructure, this wallet allows for the secure custody of tokens through a multi-signature system and advanced cryptographic protection protocols. In addition to viewing and storing tokens, the wallet enables peer-to-peer transactions between members, with no intermediaries, making token exchanges immediate and secure.
The Conio wallet represents a turning point: it is not just a digital wallet, but a comprehensive hub for managing digital ownership. It includes tools for interactive token visualization, features for peer-to-peer purchase and resale of tokens exclusively among Hyperclub program users, digital fulfillment of anti-money laundering checks as required by regulations, as well as real-time notifications and updates on token value.
The official allocation of tokens to Ferrari Hyperclub members is scheduled for March 2027, with a personalized digital experience for each member starting in June 2026.
