As Bourbon County Commissioners work through a process toward zoning, they heard concerns Monday from a county resident on a Bitcoin mining operation taking place in Bourbon County.
Although commissioners have taken no formal action to adopt zoning, they appointed seven people to a planning commission which would take recommendations on zoning and planning issues, conduct public hearings on zoning and provide reports to the county commission.
