Rock icon Gene Simmons is looking to unload his Beverly Hills mansion and it comes with a bit of a discount.
The KISS co-founder recently re-listed his posh home at a price of $12.89 million. That’s down from the $13.99 million price tag that was attached to the home when it was listed in April.
The 7,741 square-foot house features four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a gallery, a home theater and an infinity pool among other amenities. The home also has stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and the nearby mountains.
More than 60 photos of the property and the inside of the home can be found on the listing by agents Kennon Earl and Lisa Young with Compass Real Estate. A YouTube video showcasing the home during the day and at night is also available.
The house was built in 2017 by Swiss architect Design 21, according to People. The listing indicated Simmons is willing to consider Bitcoin as part of the sale.
Simmons is known for his time as the bassist with the iconic rock and roll band KISS. Formed in 1973, the band has gone on to sell more than 100 million albums worldwide. The band completed its final world tour in December 2023, but recently played a set of shows in Las Vegas for their “KISS Kruise.”
