
This is the first court appearance of Tyler Robinson has been held as he learned his possible fate following the murder of Charlie Kirk.
Robinson made his first court appearance and appeared virtually from the Utah County Jail.
When asked to start his name, the accused replied: “Tyler James Robinson.”
Judge Tony Graf said: “Thank you for being here.”
No plea was entered, and the 22-year-old, who was wearing a green jail vest, will remain in custody without bail.
“Mr Robinson at this time, you will remain in custody, without bail” Graf said.
