She worked her way up from General Manager to opening three Las Vegas locations as a District Manager, spent time in New Store Openings / L&D, and now leads system-wide operations from headquarters. Known for creating intentional space for growth, Audrey is passionate about developing women in leadership; providing the tools, coaching, and opportunities to build confidence and skills that translate into long-term success. Jodi Boyce is a 25-year veteran in restaurant & franchise marketing and serves as the Chief Marketing Officer for Teriyaki Madness (TMAD). Her extensive career includes stints with Smashburger, Einstein Bros Bagels, Quiznos, and various marketing agencies, but her claim to fame is driving the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile around the country as a Hotdogger, doing marketing, PR and promotions right out of college. Jodi’s role at TMAD includes overseeing the Marketing Team and the internal R&D Team (MadLabs). She’s tasked with finding new avenues for revenue for the brand including technology integrations that not only increase sales but also create a seamless customer experience.

A dedicated professional to the franchising industry, Linda has served over twenty-five years supporting the growth of franchisees. With today’s pace of change being exponential, navigating and brands transformation has been one of Linda’s legacies. Linda most recently served as the President and CEO of Dessange Group North America where she translated a new vision and strategy for the brand in a highly dynamic industry. In 2013 Linda joined Dessange Group North America as the President and Chief Operating Officer for the Fantastic Sams brand where she implemented new growth strategies capitalizing on the opportunities in the chain and industry. Prior to her time spent in the beauty industry, Linda spent over 20 years with Burger King Corporation, where she held the role of Division Vice President, Southeast. Kim Collura is Vice President of Marketing at Jason’s Deli, where she has led the brand’s marketing strategy since 2023. An action-driven leader, Kim is known for building brands, driving growth in new market segments, and translating consumer insights into impactful, executable strategies. She brings deep expertise in Millennial and K-12 consumers and a proven track record in new product development. Hillary Frei is a marketing executive and full-stack brand leader who has driven significant growth for iconic consumer brands including Cheerios, FAO Schwarz, Wetzel’s Pretzels, Big Chill Appliances, and Handel’s Ice Cream. Trained in finance, she brings a rare combination of analytical rigor and creative brand building, consistently delivering double-digit and market-leading revenue growth. Hillary began her career in investment banking before transitioning to marketing at General Mills, where she managed multiple flagship brands and earned top innovation and financial performance awards. She later served as Vice President of Marketing at Pediped Footwear, Chief Marketing Officer and President of Big Chill Appliances, and General Manager of FAO Schwarz, growing FAO.com revenue more than 40%. Kelly Gray

Kelly is part of the ownership team of Hot Head Burritos Franchising and the Vice President and Co-Founder of Rapid Fired Pizza. Kelly oversees real estate for the Hot Head Burritos and Rapid Fired Pizza brands – handling new site selection, review and acquisition in addition to lease renewals. She has been a licensed real estate professional for 15 years and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) of the Board of Realtors. Kelly has her Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. She is also an adjunct professor at Sinclair Community College, teaching Real Estate Investing.
Julie Hargis

She joined the extended leadership team at Golden Corral Corporation thirteen years ago, first as Vice President of National Marketing for six years, before moving into a senior leadership role as Senior Vice President of Strategy & Communications. Shelley’s role later expanded to Chief People Officer, which includes leadership responsibility for Human Resources while retaining her strategy and communications responsibilities.
Shelley also dedicates time to advancing meaningful industry causes through her roles as Past Chair and Board Trustee for the North Carolina Restaurant & Lodging Association Foundation, Advisory Board member for the Multicultural Foodservice & Hospitality Alliance, and Executive Steering Committee member for the Prosper Forum. In 2022, she was appointed by the Speaker of the North Carolina House of Representatives to the North Carolina Education and Workforce Innovation Commission. This commission, which includes educators and community leaders, aims to create an effective and efficient workforce development system that addresses the current and future needs of both workers and businesses.
