Carlisle United have launched a new supporter survey as they pledge greater fan engagement and improved “transparency” from the top of the club.
The Blues say feedback from fans through the survey will help “shape” future actions.
The initiative comes amid a wide-ranging statement from the club about a number of in-house plans.
The survey (which can be accessed HERE) asks fans what kind of club “content” they value most and would like to see more of, and which other fan-engagement initiatives they would prefer to see.
Preferences on the matchday experience are also sought, while fans are also asked how “well connected” to United they currently feel.
Carlisle also ask fans to submit their own ideas and “inspiration” that would improve their engagement with supporters.
As well as the survey, the Blues say they are set to publish a series of in-house interviews with the club’s owners, the Piatak family, with other features planned.
Improvements to the club website are planned – while the club say “senior representatives” from the club will speak to the local media soon.
There have been few interview opportunities with the owners and other senior directors for much of the current season. The News & Star has filed requests with the club to interview members of the hierarchy. United say they will welcome the “informed challenge” such conversations will produce.
More “infrastructure improvement” is also planned, the club’s statement says, although it does not go into specifics. They will include upgrades to facilities for fans, staff, players and commercial partners, the club say.
Owner Tom Piatak added: “As results on the pitch improve, it is vital that the whole club continues to move forward together.
“We are committed to improving the experience at Brunton Park for supporters and partners while ensuring the stadium is fit for the future.

“These plans are about sustainability, pride in our home and giving fans a matchday experience that reflects the ambition of Carlisle United.”
Piatak also features in a new promotional video by the National League club in which he discusses the “vision” for the club rather than specific current issues.
“Great organisations were not built overnight,” the owner says. “This club has a lot of work to do to get where we want to go.
“I do believe we’re on that path now.”
He adds that he sees an improved attitude from players and staff when it comes to addressing things that have gone wrong. Piatak adds that there is no “cap” on where Carlisle should aim as a club, and says a “financially more sustainable” club is the goal.
United are currently attempting to win promotion from the National League after suffering consecutive relegations since the takeover by the family from Jacksonville, Florida, in November 2023, which was followed by multi-million pound spending on various areas of the club.
The Blues’ end of season awards, scrapped in the last two seasons, will return this campaign.
Media and Marketing Tom Little added: “Our focus is on bringing supporters closer to the club than ever before. Through storytelling, access, digital improvements and live experiences, everything we do is about connection.
“We want supporters to be able to engage with the club easily, whether that is online, on a matchday or through our content, and to feel proud of the direction Carlisle United is heading.”
