This summer’s gaming showcases haven’t stopped quite yet, with Capcom promising more information on Resident Evil Requiem and upcoming Monster Hunter Wilds content, among other games from the publisher. Resident Evil Requiem’s release date in 2026 was announced alongside its unveiling at Summer Game Fest, but it will reappear to headline the dedicated Capcom presentation next week.
In a tweet, Capcom announced a Capcom Spotlight showcase set for 6pm ET/3pm PT on Thursday, June 26. The presentation will last about 40 minutes, and promises the “latest news and extended commentary with developer interviews” revolving around Monster Hunter Wilds, Resident Evil Requiem, Pragmata, and Street Fighter 6. Two of the included titles, Monster Hunter Wilds and SF6, are ongoing projects, so the Capcom Spotlight will likely provide more information on upcoming content updates.
