Bybit Kazakhstan, the locally authorized branch of the second-largest crypto exchange globally by trading volume has collaborated with Bank CenterCredit (BCC) to open up a direct fiat deposit and withdrawal channel, where users will be able to perform pure transactions in the Kazakhstani tenge (KZT) through bank accounts.
The venture is considered a step to streamline on-ramp and off-ramp journeying in the crypto ecosystem of Kazakhstan and make it secure. By having this new channel, now the customers are able to fund and withdraw their crypto accounts directly with Bybit Kazakhstan and Bank CenterCredit which guarantees a transparency of financial operations, regulatory compliance, and speed.
The cooperation is against a common vision to assist the development of digital finance in Kazakhstan. The partnership will be enhanced by the robust fintech infrastructure and the level of control that BCC has been enjoying in the local banking system, which will help create the basis of further integration of the crypto services with the traditional financial systems.
Michelle D., Head of Regulated Regions at Bybit, stated: “Our aim is to make digital asset access as straightforward and secure as possible for users in Kazakhstan. Partnering with Bank CenterCredit allows us to bridge the gap between traditional finance and crypto, while operating within a fully regulated framework. This is a meaningful step in supporting Kazakhstan’s growing interest in blockchain technology.”
Bybit Kazakhstan is still shifting its presence to AFSA licensing and manufacturing a product that will cushion the Kazakhstani customers. The fiat integration also gives the local flair to the platform, augmenting its status as a gateway on the verge of the Kazakhstan, tech-savvy digital financial market and the global crypto infrastructure.
The release comes after the introduction of the native platform of Bybit Kazakhstan in October and shows the company is determined to explore the long-term growth in Central Asia. The users can use the fiat channel now, and their accounts at Bybit.kz and at Bank CenterCredit, and there are more integrations with local payment methods ahead.
