The Cleveland Browns continue their search for a new head coach with Jacksonville Jaguars offensive coordinator Grant Udinski meeting with the team in person for a second interview on Friday. As the Browns search for their replacement for Kevin Stefanski, they are getting help from a former general manager.
Jordan Schultz is reporting that former Chargers and Raiders general manager Tom Telesco “has been serving as a consultant and helping the organization in its process to find a head coach.” Schultz also said he has been told that Telesco has been in the room for the in-person interviews.
Telesco gave Browns general manager his first job in the NFL when he was hired by the Indianapolis Colts as a scouting assistant in 2009. Telesco started his career in the NFL back in 1991 with the Buffalo Bills and, most recently, was the general manager of the Las Vegas Raiders in 2024 before being let go.
