Move expands Brightstone’s insurance practice into franchise food, hospitality & restaurant sectors
TRAVERSE CITY, Mich., Aug. 13, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Fueling its growing industry-focused offerings of specialized insurance solutions, today, Brightstone Specialty Group (“Brightstone”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Highstreet Insurance Partners, announced its acquisition of RMS Hospitality Group (“RMS HG”) and its sister company, Fortis Risk Solutions (“Fortis”). The acquisitions expand Brightstone’s growth and expertise in the franchise food, hospitality & restaurant sectors, advancing its mission to provide the best access to specialty insurance experts and coverage.

RMS also handles claims through its third-party administrator, Fortis Risk Solutions.
