
JW: I didn’t learn to do anything differently. I’m trained to do exactly what I did, which is whenever you’re suspected of drunk driving, you get your day in court, prove your innocence. I did that. You see by the charges that I pled down to. I didn’t plead down to reckless op second or physical control while intoxicated, which are the reductions for an alcohol-related offense in Ohio. I was convicted of speeding and slamming on my brakes in a golf cart.
