The wallet’s self-custodial stablecoin yield products surged 523% in Q3 2025, underscoring a broader shift toward secure and steady DeFi growth
Bitget Wallet, the leading non-custodial crypto wallet, announced that total value locked (TVL) in its stablecoin yield products has surpassed $80 million, highlighting growing demand for transparent, stable income as decentralized finance (DeFi) gains momentum. The milestone marks a rise in self-custodial yield participation, signaling a shift away from centralized platforms toward more secure, verifiable onchain finance.
Bitget Wallet’s stablecoin TVL rose 523% in Q3 2025, with the strongest inflows from Europe and Asia, where stablecoins are increasingly adopted for savings and cross-border transactions. Across the sector, DeFi TVL grew 40.2% quarter-on-quarter, according to CoinGecko. The broader crypto market capitalization expanded 16.4%, while stablecoin circulation climbed 18.3%, underscoring rising global demand for dollar-backed assets and real-yield products.
Bitget Wallet’s growth follows the launch of Stablecoin Earn Plus, a USDC yield product powered by Aave on the Base network, offering a fixed 10% annualized returns with real-time accrual and on-demand withdrawals. Despite market volatility in October, Aave’s DeFi lending markets have remained resilient, continuing to deliver consistent, onchain-backed yields.
