BOSSIER CITY, La. — KTBS 3’s Rick Rowe goes Behind the Badge with Bossier Sheriff’s Deputy, Buck Wilkins.
The veteran lawman stands 6 feet, 8 inches tall, weighs 400 pounds, and wears a size 20 shoe. Colleagues at the Bossier Sheriff’s Office call him the gentle giant.
Every December, the big man trades his uniform for a red suit, and he travels across Bossier Parish to spread holiday cheer as Santa Claus.
