Armed police responded to 999 call to report a ‘disturbance’ in Mancetter. The initial call was made to report criminal damage at just before 10am this morning (December 1) but then this escalated to ‘disturbance’ at a property near the corner of Church Walk and Manor Road.

The spokesperson added that the people involved are ‘known to each other’ and there is no wider risk to the local community. Part of Church Walk was closed by officers at just before 11am.
