The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the results for the written examination of the National Defence Academy and Naval Academy (NDA & NA) II, 2025 on October 1. Candidates can access their results on the official UPSC website at upsc.gov.in. This recruitment drive aims to fill 402 vacancies across the Indian Army, Navy, and Air Force.
Candidates whose roll numbers feature in the results list are now eligible to appear for the Services Selection Board (SSB) interviews for admission to the 156th NDA course and the 118th Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC), both scheduled to commence on July 2, 2026. The SSB interviews assess candidates on leadership qualities, decision-making ability, psychological fitness, and overall personality. Only those who successfully clear the written test, SSB interview, and medical examination will be considered for commissioning into the Indian Armed Forces.
UPSC has also confirmed that marks, cut-off scores, and answer keys for NDA & NA (II) 2025 will be released on its website after the final selection process concludes. The written exams for this cycle were conducted on September 14, 2025.
Qualified candidates are instructed to register online at the Indian Army Recruiting website joinindianarmy.nic.in, within two weeks from the date of result announcement. Candidates who have already registered on the portal do not need to register again. Details regarding SSB interview dates and venues will be shared via email with registered candidates.
Additionally, candidates must bring original certificates of age and educational qualifications to the SSB interviews. The UPSC has emphasised that these documents should not be sent directly to the Commission.
