The GENIUS Act gives payment stablecoins federal control. It requires 1:1 reserves and AML/KYC. The law exposes issuers to supervision by OCC and Federal Reserve. USDtb will adhere to audited reserve requirement and transparency procedures. Access to the city of Anchorage is charter positioning it to meet the requirements of GENIUS.
