To kick off Lung Cancer Awareness Month, the American Lung Association will release its 8th annual “State of Lung Cancer” report, which tracks lung cancer trends and data on the toll of lung cancer state-by-state. The report examines key indicators in Kentucky, including new cases, survival, early diagnosis, surgical treatment, lack of treatment, screening rates and insurance coverage of comprehensive biomarker testing.
