Agora Inc. (NASDAQ: API) announced that Agnes AI selected Agora Chat to power its AI group chat and multi-agent collaboration system. The integration allows AI agents to participate in group conversations alongside human users.
Agnes AI, a Singapore-based AI platform, reports 200,000 daily active users and 3 million registered users since launching its mobile app in July 2025. The company’s parent organization SAPIENS is fundraising at a $100 million valuation, according to the press release.
The collaboration system uses Agora’s SDRTN network to enable features including AI participation in group conversations, instant summarization, real-time co-editing, and synchronized messaging across devices. The service operates across multiple regions including Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Argentina, and Colombia.
“Multi-agent collaboration is quickly becoming the next frontier of workplace technology, and Agnes AI is ahead of that curve,” said Tony Wang, co-founder and chief revenue officer at Agora.
Agnes AI describes itself as an AI-native office system that combines search, design, document creation, and team collaboration tools. The platform includes features called CoVibe for group chat, Filters for content creation, and Explore for news analysis. The company’s Deep Design and Wide Research features can deploy up to 200 agents for tasks like market analysis.
Agnes AI co-founder and CEO Bruce Yang stated the platform aims to make AI accessible to users through unified workspace functionality.
The company also previewed a prototype AI-powered headset called the Vibepod, which integrates Agnes’s multi-agent system with Agora’s conversational AI engine for hands-free AI assistance.
