TOKYO, Feb. 12, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Leading semiconductor test equipment supplier Advantest Corporation (TSE: 6857) has opened registration for its VOICE 2026 Developer Conference, held on May 18-20, at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess in Scottsdale, Arizona. This year’s conference is open to the international community of users and strategic partners engaged with Advantest’s SoC test platforms, namely V93000 and T2000.
The event will feature more than 80 technical presentations organized into 10 tracks, including a new Silicon Photonics track.
