Accountable, the new standard for real-time financial verification, today announced it has raised $7.5 million in a round led by Pantera Capital, with participation from OKX Ventures, Onigiri Capital, KPK, and Auros, among others.
The funding will be used to expand the team to meet growing institutional demand, accelerate development of the company’s Data Verification Network (DVN) and support the rollout of institutional products such as advanced Proof of Reserves and Vault-as-a-Service.
Onchain borrowing has climbed to over $41 billion this year, according to Galaxy Research, underscoring how quickly lending volumes are scaling. But the recent USDe depeg highlighted the structural risk behind that growth: markets still lack real-time visibility into solvency. When collateral values swing or liquidity fragments, most systems rely on delayed audits and self-reported data. Those assumptions fail under stress. Accountable closes this gap with an advanced form of Proof of Reserves framework that verifies assets and liabilities in real time without exposing private strategies or API keys.
In just two years since launch, DVN has verified over $1 billion in assets with clients and partners including Galaxy, Amber Group, K3 Capital and other financial institutions. The company is expanding integrations into structured credit strategies, stablecoins and onchain treasuries, and is working with fund administrators to embed continuous verification into their workflows. Volumes are expected to scale rapidly as real-time verification becomes a standard requirement across institutional markets.
The raise follows Accountable’s $2.3 million seed round in 2024 and comes shortly after the company launched the YieldApp testnet in September 2025. Built on top of Accountable’s DVN, YieldApp is the first marketplace for verifiable yield, surfacing opportunities from borrowers, trading desks and structured credit providers. The company is planning its mainnet launch for Q4 2025, setting the stage to capture a multi-billion-dollar market where every yield opportunity is verifiable by default.
