ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — A hotel at Atlantic Station has received a second bomb threat in less than 24 hours, Atlanta police say.
Officers are investigating at 290 17th St. NW, the address of the Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Midtown.
The shopping center has recently been scrutinized for violence and closures. On Dec. 27, hundreds of teenagers shot off fireworks across the property, with five later arrested for a nearby shooting.
Several stores have also shut their doors — including Publix, which residents cite as the only grocery store within walking distance.
This is a developing story. Check back with Atlanta News First as we learn more.
