1inch has tested SavantСhat’s AI auditing tools for smart-contract pre-audits and plans to expand the use of AI across its smart-contract security workflow.
Security has always been a top priority for 1inch. We use the most advanced tools available to keep our smart contracts unbreakable. Now, it’s time to add AI-powered auditing to that toolkit.
We’ve been working with SavantChat throughout 2025. Most recently, we’ve begun verifying their AI auditing system to see whether automated analysis can keep pace with modern Web3 development. The initial pre-audit results for Aqua and SwapVM looked promising – not because the tool replaces human auditors, but because it brings security into the places developers actually work.
SavantChat goes beyond a simple code scan. Its multi-agent system coordinates thousands of parallel LLM calls across specialized models to produce a deep, structured audit. It surfaces a wide range of vulnerability classes, follows execution paths and provides clear explanations. For developers, this turns security from a one-off audit into an ongoing workflow.
A SavantChat pre-audit runs automated vulnerability checks, gas-optimization suggestions and best-practices validation. Catching issues early cuts redeployments – and the gas costs that follow.
SavantChat also integrates directly with CI/CD. GitHub Actions support lets teams run security checks on every pull request, catch regressions fast and maintain consistent standards across releases. In practice, it helps developers ship with more confidence and fewer surprises.
Using AI for audits requires some adjustment. The biggest shift is preparation: unlike human auditors who ask questions, AI systems need all relevant context upfront.
Despite these challenges, AI tools are the future of secure development. 1inch plans to use them more widely, including for the Aqua liquidity protocol, which recently launched its developer release and moves toward full release next year.
SavantChat and similar AI tools won’t replace full audits. But they fill a crucial gap. They bring meaningful, continuous security into everyday development. For teams building smart contracts today, that’s a major step toward safer and more efficient workflows.
